Please note that we would need the following required documents:
- Panama COC
- Photo
- Passport clear copy (all pages)
- Panama SB clear copy (all pages)
- Sea services of 12 months as per his COC rank, inside his Panama SB along with service letter
- Signature in white background
- Old panama courses
- Medical by a Panama approved doctor, or any doctor member of the maritime of the that country
Please note that we get confirmation from the Training Center about schedule dates after submitting the required documents
Then they provide us the schedule dates for the copies of the training courses and provisional CT.
